- Refund Eligibility:
- Refund requests will be considered only if received in writing at least 7 days before the event.
- Refunds will not be issued within 7 days of the event.
- Refund Process:
- To request a refund, please send an email to [email address] with the subject line “Refund Request – Writers & Wine [Event Date].”
- In your email, provide your full name, contact information, order number, and a brief explanation of the reason for your refund request.
- Refund Amounts:
- Refunds will be issued for the face value of the ticket(s) only. Service fees, processing fees, and any other additional charges are non-refundable.
- Cancellation or Postponement:
- In the event of a cancellation or postponement of the concert, ticket holders will be eligible for a full refund of the ticket price.
- Transfer of Tickets:
- If you are unable to attend the concert, you may transfer your ticket(s) to another person.
- No-Show Policy:
- No refunds will be issued for no-shows or for attendees who arrive after the concert has commenced.
- Force Majeure:
- In the event of circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, illness or unforeseen emergencies, Writers & Wine reserves the right to modify the event schedule or cancel the event. In such cases, refunds will be processed according to our cancellation policy.
